Information we collect

How we use your information

To provide the service; to generate your Strategy, Facts, and Plan; to manage your account and subscription; to enforce usage limits; to maintain security; and to communicate with you about the service.

AI processing

To generate guidance, the text you enter is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), for real-time processing. This input is not used to train models and is processed transiently to return your response.

Service providers we share with

We share information only as needed to operate the service:

Data retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active. You can delete your account in-app (which removes your account data) or email support@pauseplease.ai to request deletion. Saved sessions on Plus and Pro are stored on your device and are removed when you delete them or uninstall the app.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

PAUSE is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact support@pauseplease.ai.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in-app or by email.
