A stress-management and decision-support app. PAUSE helps you breathe, separate fact from feeling, and leave with a Strategy, the Facts, and a Plan.

Is it free?

You get a number of free responses to try it. Paid tiers add deeper guidance and continuity.

How do I sign in?

Use your email or Sign in with Apple in the app.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Manage billing through your subscription provider. Cancelling stops future renewals, and access continues to the end of the current period.

How do I delete my account or data?

Use the in-app delete option, or email support@pauseplease.ai and we'll handle it.

Is PAUSE medical or crisis care?

No. PAUSE is a decision-support tool — not medical, mental-health, or emergency care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Canada/US) or your local emergency number.
